Synopsis :
"Casino Royale" przedstawia Jamesa Bonda zanim stał się on posiadaczem licencji na zabijanie. Jednak Bond jest nie mniej niebezpieczny i po dwóch profesjonalnych egzekucjach w krótkim czasie awansuje do statusu "00". Pierwsza misja Bonda jako 007 prowadzi go do Madagaskaru, gdzie ma on zadanie śledzić terrorystę Mollaka (Sebastien Foucan). Nie wszystko przebiega jednak zgodnie z planem i Bond decyduje się na samodzielne śledztwo, niezależne od MI6, w celu wytropienia reszty komórki terrorystycznej. Podążając za tropem na wyspy Bahama spotyka Dimitriosa (Simon Abkarian) i jego dziewczynę, Solange (Caterina Murino). Dowiaduje się że Dimitrios jest powiązany z Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen), bankierem światowych organizacji terrorystycznych. "Casino Royale" jest 21 filmową przygodą Jamesa Bonda z debiutującym Danielem Craigiem jako "007".
